Custom Brown Belt

You can also customize your IRON BELTS belt by embroidering your name or your academy’s name.
The embroidered name is made horizontally, measuring 12 cm in length and 3 cm in text height, positioned on the right side of the waist after being tied.
Names longer than 10 letters will be embroidered in two lines.

All letters are considered UPPERCASE. If you prefer a different format, please specify it in the CUSTOMER NOTES field.

For embroidery in other languages (Japanese, Arabic, etc.), there is an additional fee of R$15 for artwork preparation.

We also offer a lighter belt option for those who need to reduce weight or prefer a more flexible belt. To select this option, simply write “Light Belt” in the customer notes.

As these belts are handcrafted, there may be a variation of up to 5 cm in final measurement or stitching alignment.
Please add 6 cm to the length of your current belt to account for the thicker material and knot, and allow 20 cm of extra length at the ends after tying.

The logo design should not have too many details to prevent embroidery distortion.

The logo is embroidered on the same side as the name, so it faces forward when the belt is tied in the standard knot.

Logos near the black tab are embroidered vertically (90° from the name), except rectangular logos, which are embroidered in the same orientation as the name for better visibility.
Names and logos close to the tab are embroidered at a maximum size of 3.2 cm x 9 cm.
