The IRON BELTS belt is made of 100% cotton, with a braided raw cotton core.
The outer layer is crafted from professional heavyweight twill fabric, featuring nine rows of stitching with kimono-grade thread.
All IRON BELTS measure 4.8 cm in width and 5 mm in thickness, following IBJJF standard dimensions.

You can also personalize your IRON BELTS belt by embroidering your name or your academy’s name. The embroidered name is positioned horizontally, measuring approximately 12 cm in length and 3 cm in text height. It appears on the right side of the waist after being tied. Compound names with more than 10 letters will be embroidered in two lines.
For embroideries in other languages (Japanese, Arabic, etc.), there is an additional charge of R$15 for artwork preparation.
Belts up to size M4 are made in the “light” version for a better anatomical fit on children’s waists. If you prefer the standard (“thicker”) version, please mention it in the customer notes field.
Handcrafted belts may vary by up to 5 cm in final length and stitch alignment. Allow for 6 cm more than your current belt size, as the belt’s thickness and knot are larger than regular belts. Consider about 20 cm of extra length on each end after tying.
The logo should not have too many fine details to avoid distortion in the embroidery.
The logo is embroidered on the SAME side as the name so it faces forward with a standard knot. (For other placement requests, please specify in the “CUSTOMER REQUESTS” field.)
